This is a place where I can whinge about life, and express my love of my family, 80's music, retro computer gaming (especially on my Commodore 64),
oh and Star Trek. I'm very open with my opinions and I like a good moan. If you don't like what I say, then you might want to consider not reading this blog.

Songs that remind me of my childhood Number 23 - The Brazilian (Genesis)

Sorry for the delay in posts.  The usual stuff... work getting in the way!

Anyway, here is my 23rd song that reminds me of my childhood.  "The Brazilian", an instrumental piece by the (then) popular band Genesis, as featured on their Invisible Touch album from 1986.

Name a Genesis song from the mid 1980's and most people will probably say Invisible Touch, or Land of Confusion.  As great as those songs are, I've always had a thing about this track.  I've always preferred instrumentals to vocals anyway, but this is just great - especially the ending

Big thanks to my sister for introducing me to this song all those years ago.  Enjoy.
